Specialized advisory
Expansion, multi-location planning, and operating-model decisions need more than a vision statement. This advisory sequences the work against how the business actually runs.
Strategy work here is operator-led: readiness, ownership, dependencies, and the systems implications of the next move.
It is fractional and project-shaped. The goal is a practical roadmap—not a binder of recommendations that never meet the operating calendar.
The goal is not another strategy document. It is a decision you can act on, the operating conditions required to support it, and the next sequence of work.
A structured written review of the growth or operating decision before more capital or calendar is committed.

Specialized Advisory engagements generally begin at $1,500 after the review and scope confirmation. Larger strategy engagements are priced individually.
The $495 Specialized Opportunity Review fee may be credited toward an approved advisory engagement started within 30 days. The engagement must be properly scoped and accepted by both parties. The review fee is earned for the review itself and does not guarantee acceptance of a larger engagement. Third-party costs are separate.
Current-state review, decision or growth-objective review, operating dependencies, major risks, priority sequence, technology and process implications, an initial roadmap, and recommended engagement scope.

A systems-focused review often clarifies operational and technology constraints. Strategy advisory sequences the broader operating decision. Either path can lead into Core Solutions builds when appropriate.
You keep the written roadmap and priority sequence. Sometimes the clearest outcome is to resolve a dependency or start with a smaller systems project first.
