Systems Opportunity Review

Know what is worth fixing before you fund the build.

The Systems Opportunity Review is a focused professional assessment for businesses that know something is slowing them down but need a clearer path before committing to implementation.

Why the work costs $495

You are paying for professional analysis and written direction—not a disguised sales call. The fee covers structured examination of the workflow, tools, ownership gaps, and dependencies behind the problem so you can decide what is worth fixing before you fund a build.

What happens next

From request to written direction.

  1. Share context

  2. Confirm scope

  3. Written review

  4. Decide clearly

What you should prepare

You do not need a polished deck. Helpful materials include:

  • A plain-language description of the friction (what breaks, how often, who feels it)
  • Examples of real inquiries, missed follow-ups, or reports you rebuild by hand
  • A list of tools involved (CRM, email, phone, forms, sheets, booking, etc.)
  • Who currently owns decisions, and who would own a system after launch
  • Constraints that matter: budget band, timeline pressure, access limits, privacy needs

What is reviewed

  • Current workflows and handoffs
  • Tools and how information moves between them
  • Bottlenecks, delays, and ownership gaps
  • Automation and follow-up opportunities
  • Risks, dependencies, and human-control requirements
  • What should stay manual versus what can be systematized

What you receive

A written recommendation showing what is breaking, what to fix first, what should remain manual, what could block implementation, what a sensible first project may include, and the likely implementation range.

FAQ

No. There is no payment integration here. If a paid Systems Opportunity Review is a fit, payment details are arranged separately after confirmation.

You receive a confirmation that the request was received. Steimel Solutions follows up to schedule or clarify—typically within one business day when possible.

Not always. Some projects move from a Fit Call into a scoped proposal. The paid review is useful when discovery needs more structure before quoting.

When you start an approved implementation within 30 days of the Systems Opportunity Review, the $495 fee may be credited toward that project. Timing and eligibility are confirmed in writing when you decide to proceed.

Start with the Fit Call if you want a short conversation first, or if you are still deciding whether a systems project makes sense.
